Turn off text box border when printing

R

Rob Church

Does anybody know if the border around a text box can be suppressed when
printing? If so, how?

The border is handy for users filling forms but looks odd on a printed form.

Thanks!

Make a separate print view that does not include the borders around text
boxes. Remove borders through the "Border and Shading" context menu item.

That is where you can turn off the border elements that we design, how about turning off the border for the text elements themselves?

Ah, I just figured out that if you select the text element and modify borders it is different than selecting the cell. That took care of it. Now if only you could select a range of text boxes and modify style on all at once instead of having to do it individually.
