two documents in same screen

How Can I place two documents into the same screen.
How can I compare them and be able to see teh changes
that were made and which are the new words and count how
many words in each documents.

Not exactly what you're asking for, but have you tried Tools | Compare
Documents?

When you say Tool } Compare what do you mean? How do you
do it?

Open one of the documents. Open the Tools menu and select Compare Documents.
This will open a dialog allowing you to select the second document. Both
documents will be marked up showing the differences between them (similar to
the markings used by Track Changes).
