Two questions on Office 2003 license & install

I have the 2003 edition of of Office Small business that is installed and
registered on my desktop & laptop.

1. I need to re-install it on the desktop--after a crash it came back from
the shop without the Office 2003. Same computer.

2. I'd like to remove it from my current laptop and re-install it on a new
one.

Before I do either I'd like to know if I need to notify Microsoft and how I
go about this.

Uninstall on old reinstall on new, phone activation if online fails.
Simply reinstall on desktop, activate as above.

No prior phone call to MS required
