Unable to access documents in liveworkspace

Unable to access documents in liveworkspace from word or MSN. States that i
need Internet Explorer 8 or Vista, I have both. Can anyone advise of the
best way to resolve this situation no one from Microsoft has helped yet and
am being passed around.
