Unable to Access Macros/Security/VBA in Outlook

I recently installed Norton Internet Security and seemed to have lost
the ability to access the MACROS, SECURITY, VBA Editor in Outlook. I
have uninstalled/reinstalled NIS. I have disabled the NIS Outlook
Add-in. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Outlook.

Ideas anyone?
