Unable to access the Microsoft Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube

I have instaled on the server:
Windows 2000 Server
SQL Server SP3
SQL Server Analysis Services SP3
Project 2002 Server

then i wanted to create Portfolio Analyzer View i got messege:
Unable to access the Microsoft Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube

At first I got this messege then I wanted to create the view from
another computer, but from server everything worked fine. But after
instaling MS Ofice XP Web components on server. I can't create
Portfolio Analyzer View from my server too.

Can anyone help me?

In order to create these views you need to have an Office XP family
application installed on the machine where you will create the views.
Project Pro 2002 counts.
