Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAPcube

Hi, I have project sever 2003 with SQL Server 2005. Inside network it
is possible view portfolio analyzer, but when I access project server
by outside, Project Server display this msg:

"Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP
cube.
The cube may not exist, or you may not have permissions to access the
cube."
The problem is with the external access but where? In the SQL Server
2005 Surface Area Configuration, I configured Analysis services to a
local and remote connections.

Why I can see project portfolio analyzer inside my network and don't
works outside? Can you help me please?

Problem resolved. the problem is open ISA port 1433 for connect SQL.
