Unable to add email accounts outlook 2003

When I try to add an additional email accounts all options are greyed out
except for Microsoft Exchange Server. POP3 IMAP HTTP and additional server
types are greyed out.

Why?

Perhaps because your Email admins have disabled the options to add new
accounts.
