unable to customize "Outlook Today"

[Doug Quirk]

I'm using Outlook 2000, and when I'm in Outlook Today and
I click on "Customize Outlook Today," nothing happens
(i.e. clicking the button doesn't do anything).

Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know how
to fix it?
