desperate for help asap!

When I try to open my Outlook 2000 it says the location messages are deliverd
to has changed for this user profile. To complete this operation, you may
need to copy the contents of the old Outlook folders to the new outlook
folders. For information about how to complete the change of you mails
delivery location, see microsoft outlook help.
Some of the shortcuts on the outlook bar may no longer work. Do you want
outlook to recreated your shortcuts? All shortcuts you have created will be
removed.

I wasn't sure what this would do so I pressed no. Then Outlook opened and I
had a whole new personal folder set and it won't let me open my old ones.
When I try to it says "unable to display the folder. Errors have been
detected in the file( then says the name of the file) Quit all mail-enabled
applications, and then use the Inbox repair tool.

I can't find an Inbox repair tool and the detect and repair did
nothing....what is going on & how do I get to all my old folders!

Desperate for help!
