Unable to display this folder

I am using Outlook XP and Exchange 5.5 all the appropriate
service packs are intalled. When I click on my delete or
sent folder I get an error message stating "Unable to
display this folder"

How do I fix this...

You could try to Start Outlook with the /Cleanviews
parameter.

To do this, go to Start / Run and type in the following
INCLUDING quotes:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
\Outlook.exe" /Cleanviews

(The above path needs to be modified if Outlook was not
installed in its default location)

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Booting Outlook with the /CleanViews
parameter will wipe any view customization from your
folders. Use at your own risk!
