Unable to Insert Project into Master Project

I have a Master Project which 98 entries ( 97 Projects
have been inserted in this Master). When I try to insert
a new project I get an error :

"No more Projects can be opened.

Close some project files, including files that share a
resource pool or are linked to other project files, then
try again"

So, you can't insert more than 98 projects ?

Hi Ramesh,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You should be able to insert around 1000 projects in a consolidation. What
you need to do is to close some of the 93 open files and then try again.
