Unable to instal Visio 2002 Enterprize Architects

I have installed on my computer Visual Studio .Net
Enterprise Developer 2002, and Visual Studio .Net
Enterprise Architect 2003.

When I try to install Visio Enterprise Architect 2002, I
received a message "You must first install the Enterprise
Architect Edition of Visual Studio.Net 7.0.".
Why?
Could I install this Visio on my computer?
