Unable to login to PS

I am unable to login to project server (PWA or Professional 2003). The error
message I am getting is this:

Project Server was unable to log you on at this time. Please try again
later. (5006)

I have attempted to remove the password string from MSP_WEB_RESOURCES table
and I still get the same error. I haven't had any issues since the PS was
installed (several months), but after patching our Win 2003 server for the
DTS changes I can't get in. The only reference to 5006 error I found was for
a command line install. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Arman,

this error may also indicate that you're running out of disk space on the
SQL server. Check the available free space, maybe you also have a look at
the DB transaction logs.

Thanks for a quick response Marc. I have 134G of free space on that drive.
Also, I checked SQL Server error logs and could not find any errors.
Transaction logs also doesn't seem to be helpful:

DBCC log (projectserver7184)

shows only this:
