Unable to make folders

I cannot make any more sub folders in my Mailbox? How do I correct this?

Which version of Outlook are you using?

I get a message that says "Unable to create folder"
I am using Outlook 2003.
I have a lot of folders in my mailbox (work PC) and have sub folders within
the main folders. I have auto archive set on every folder. I am not sure how
to find out if my MAILBOX is just too full for anymore folders, however I can
still put emails into the folders.
I have deleted a lot of unused folders & emails thinking this would free up
space if that was the issue, but that did not work either.
