Unable to move or delete file

I've got a spam message in my unread items folder (Outlook
2003) that can't be opened, moved or deleted. Even when
the computer is shut down and rebooted.

The soltution in the Knowledge Base (SHIFT+DELETE) doesn't
work.

Any suggestions?
