unable to open attachments

When I get an email with an attachment, I cannot open the
attachment. When I double click on the "paper clip" in
front of the email title, I get the following message:
OE REMOVED ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING UNSAFE ATTACHMENT IN
YOUR MAIL.
ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? THANKS.
