unable to open default email folders

I opened Outlook 2003 and my email folders disappeared. When I tried to
reinstall I received this message: the file c:\documents and
settings\Kellye\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst
could not be found. What does this mean and how to I fix it?

Instead of reinstalling, make a new profile.
