Unable to Open from Microsoft Office Project Server

I've created 2 users with Administrator rights in MS Project Server 2003. But
only 1 can view the projects when she clicks on 'Open from Microsoft Office
Project Server'. The other user has a blank list when she clicks on the same
thing. We have about 14 projects published in the server. Did I miss out any
settings for the 2nd admin user?
