Unable to open multiple word documents

Lynne Forsyth

Is there a fix for being unable to control-click multiple word documents and
right-click to open? It used to work but doesn't any longer?

Any insight to this problem would be appreciated.

I don't see how that answered her question. She wants to open 2 files at one time

The problem concerns Word's registration and Steve's answer is one way of
dealing with this. Another would be to re-register Word itself, by calling
Word from the Windows > start > run command line with Winword /r

You don't give us enough information. What version of Windows and of Word do
you hve? Please describe in detail HOW it's not working.
