Unable to read file

I was looking for information regarding errors received
after loading Office XP SP2. After I load the SP, I can
no longer open Word, Excel or Powerpoint documents.

It's a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in. See "OFF: Cannot Open Office
Documents or Cannot Edit Inserted Objects After You Install Office XP
