Unable to run from several users

Although Office is installed only two users can run Word,
Access or Excel. We have given these users administrative
access, but they still cannot run the programs. On
attempting to run, we get a message asking to insert the
office disk, then it runs the disk and indicates some
program cannot be found. We have tried inserting both disks.

Hi, Joe,

What operating system are you using? What version of Office? Did you
install from the CD as administrator?

Are the users who can't run it new profiles created after Office was
installed?

What is the exact wording of the error message you get? When you say you
inserted both disks, what disks are those? There are several versions of
Office and lots of possible disks.
