Unexpected error when sending an email.

I am trying to send an email and using MS Word as my email editor. When I
hit "Send", I receive the following message: "Microsoft Office Word, an
unexpected error has occured." I have shut down and restarted MS Word and MS
Outlook and even rebooted my computer and still get the same error message.

Versions of Outlook/Word? Have you tried detect and repair? When did this
start happening and what did you install/uninstall just prior to your send
not working? Is this to all email addresses or just one particular address?
Can you send mail to yourself?

I am using Outlook 2003.
I did not try detect and repair, but this was the first time it happened and
I had not installed or uninstalled anything.
I was sending the email to 3 distribution lists. I deleted one list and it
went through.

The same thing is happening to me - very unexpectedly. I have only one
distribution list and I can't get it to go anywhere. Anyone have any
experience with this? How do we fix it? I've scaned for viruses, nothing.
