its a feature.
The UniqueID is unique only within each project. When you consolidate you
therefore may well get a specific UniqueID appearing in every sub-project.
In the consolidated project, UniqueIDs are made "really" unique by adding a
sub-project specific big number to each UniqueID.
The UniqueIDPredecessors field, on the other hand explicitly indicates which
project the predecessor is in, so doesn't need this big number added. For
example, a predecessor in the same sub-project will be something like "25"
while a predecessor in a different project will be "c:\pathname\test.mpp\25.
