I am new to Front Page and have a website that I want to put a different
photo image on each page.

However, when I change the image on one page, its seems I'm adding to the
template (?) and it changes the images on all pages.

HELP! : )

Sounds like you are using shared borders which can only have the same content on all pages
- put your photo someplace outside of your shared border

Stefan,
Thanks for your reply. You are right. I am trying to learn about Dynamic
webpages and I think I opted to create them when I wasn't ready. I used a
style that had the shared borders, and didn't really understand about layout
tables. I think I have to learn about CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) too.

If you mean the dynamic web templates, you need to create editable regions
in the dwt file; then save/reapply the template the to file(s) and within
the editable areas, you can specify unique content for each page.

Andrew,

This is exactly what I did today, or rather a friend of mine who is familiar
with DreamWeaver did for me.

Now I have a functional DWT to work from and reapply to my pages. Now I'm
in the process of updating those previous pages and will need to modfiy the
theme to match corporate colors.

One frustration I have with FrontPage is that the tables don't seem as
flexible as in other MS products like Word. I wanted to put a cell in the
right border that was editable, and therefore would be unique to each page.
I think my friend got it right for me. Wish there were a way to attach
scrren shots to this forum posts.

Thanks for writing and keep helping us newbies!
