Unistalling Office 2007 and Reinstalling Office 2003

I recently un-installed Office 2007 manually using the un-install directions
from Microsoft. I installed Office 2003 on to the laptop. Since then, I have
been having stupid issues. Things like outlook not opening attachments, Not
being able to save documents from Word or Excel.

Has anyone had this problem?? How do I fix this?
