I posted this message to another Word newsgroup several days ago but have
not gotten a reply. I'm not even sure this is the right newsgroup for my
question, but here goes.
I am running Microsoft Word XP, which is fully patched and updated.
There are times when test becomes highlighted for no reason that I can
figure out. Wherever I move my cursor, the text from the old cursor position
to the new cursor position become highlighted. Understand that I am no
holding down any keys or any mouse button. The highlighted text just simply
follows the cursor.
In order to correct this problem, I have to reboot my computer.
Any solutions?
