unwanted words going automatically into document

Unwanted words are being automatically written into my word document. I have
scanned for virus' numerous times but the problem still exists. Any ideas.
This is even happening in this document as I am typing.

If you have Speech Recognition enabled, try disabling it. Another
possibility is that you are accidentally inserting AutoText into your
document... try turning off AutoText by clicking on Tools | AutoCorrect
Options | AutoText | uncheck the "Show AutoComplete suggestions" box.
