Upgrade from MS Office 2000

I have office 2000 professional. I wonder if there is a way I can get just
an upgrade for Excel only and where would this upgrade be sold? Also, will
installing the excel upgrade cancel out the 2000 version already on my PC?

Office 2000 is a qualifying product for Excel 2003 upgrade version {

Any software store that sells Office should have it or can order it for you
or see: amazon.com.

Office 2003 {including Excel 2003} install in a Office 11 folder and not in
the same folder as Office 2000. When you install Excel 2003, you can choose
to replace or retain your current Excel 2000. Later if you retain Excel
2000, you can choose to uninstall without uninstalling the rest of Office
2000.
