Upgrade Problem

We upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Now when we send a document to
our printer that has our logo image, it duplicates the image one on top of
the other. How can we trouble shoot this problem?

Hi, Harbridge. Turn off background printing in Word (Tools | Options | Print
| uncheck the "Background printing" box | OK), and turn off print spooling
and/or advanced text services in Windows (Start | Control Panel | Printers |
<right-click on your printer name> | Properties | Advanced).
