I assume you mean "without installing the complete ms office xp suite", not
"without uninstalling..."
When you go to install Office XP, you'll be prompted as to whether or not
you want to remove previous versions of Office. Don't.
You'll also have an option to do a Custom installation: select that, and
ensure that only the Access components are checked.
