Upgrading from Outlook 2000 to 2002 - Attachments

I'm about to upgrade my Win98SE computer from Outlook 2000 to 2002. Now,
I've been reading that 2002 blocks some attachments. I want to be able to
access ALL attachments - is this possible? How do I do this?
