I do know there is a Publisher Viewer available for download and was just
going to go with that. I am guessing most people already have the Adobe
Reader so pdf would make more sense. IF the links are not lost!!
Thanks for the useful input.
message No you shouldn't with a pdf. I was just thinking since Pub files can only
be opened by Publisher...how would you create a digital version...I
thought pdf would be logical.
| Thank you again.
| I had not made it that far. The hyperlinks had me stumped. But yes,
pdf is
| an option. If you say I will lose the links in that format also, I
will not
| be a happy camper!

| message | ok, part 2, how will you go from Publisher to digital copy?...a pdf?
|
|
| | | Thanks for responding. The answer to your question is that it will
also
| be
| | available as a digital copy.

| | | | | Hi.
| | |
| | | I used an Excel spreadsheet with active urls to create a merge file
in
| | | Publisher. The urls converted to text with the merge. Does anyone
know
| | how
| | | to batch convert the text back to an active hyperlink, or if there
is a
| | | macro somewhere? The spreadsheet has hundreds of urls on it.
| | |
| | | Thanks for any help.
