URLs in email Outlook 2002

When someone sends me a URL in a message I can no longer
automatically access the webpage since I upgraded to
Outlook 2002. In the past I was able to click on the URL
and it would take me directly to the webpage. Now it
takes me to a blank page.
What can I do to change this? Thanks.
