use of multiple word documents in a sales process

Your post provides nowhere near enough information for anyone to offer a
responsible reply. Please post back with a clearer indication of what you
want to do and include info on which version of the software.

sorry for the lack of clarity. I am using Word 2003. I need to use a template
that starts as a customer confirmation the userwould then be directed to the
next doc to be used in the sequence. for instance 2 purchase orders to
different vendors.
