Hi, I want to use some activex controls in access xp that will enhance
the poor graphical interface that is provided for forms.
First, where can I find some free, useful controls that actually work
with Access XP?
Second, is there a way to install / register libraries that will enable
access to have the same capacity to handle ActiveX controls as say VB
does? I mean, I tried a good activeX control in VB5, it worked well
with all the properties available. When I tried that same control in
Access I had a very limited selection of properties (i.e. I didn't even
have the OnClick event!). Is this impossible to change? Or do I need to
reference Visual Basic runtime dll's?
If anyone can give me the run-down on ActiveX controls I would greatly
appreciate it!
