Using more than 1 computer

I have a personal computer and a laptop that I use for
work. I am trying to find out how I can use outlook with
both computers. If I input new information on my laptop,
how can I update my PC with all the new information? Is
there a way that I can sync the information. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
