Using outlook express email

I have always sent email from all/and any programs. I did not copy and
paste into outlook express. All I needed to do was open or create a doc etc
and then under file, send via email, and it went nicely. This happened
through outlook express. Since I installed Office Pro2003 I can no longer
preform this task. My computer now wants to use Outlook. Please how do I fix
this so that the computer understands I want to use express.

Two things. Open OE and make it the default. Open IE (yeah, IE, Internet
Explorer) and go to Tools/Internet Options/Programs and make sure OE is
listed as the email program.
