using outlook offline

I have no problem bringing up outlook when my computer is
in its docking station. When I take the computer off the
docking station and want to use outlook, it does not
fully come up and I am not able to use it. I want to use
the folders when I am traveling. Does anyone have any
ideas? Thanks

What version of Outlook and do you get any error messages?

You will need to report more than "does not fully come up"
for anyone to help you.
