Using Outlook XP in office with Outlook 2000

Ok, the office that I'm in, uses Office 2000 and I have Office XP on my
laptop. I want to synchronize my Outlook Calendars & Contacts with the one
used in the office. They're using NetFolder.

I already know that Outlook XP doesn't have this and has to use Internet
Busy or soething. How do I go about setting this up?
