Using project fields in headers and footers

I having difficulty displaying project fields in headers and footers when
printing views.

For example:

While in the "gant chart" view:
I rename the "text9" field to "Address" by inserting a column and right
clicking "customize field". The field is set as a "task" and not a
"resource".

While in calendar view:

I add add a project field in the header by View-> Header and Footer ->
Header -> Right.
I click "add" after selecting the "text9" in the project field.

&[text9] appears in the display under the "right" header.

When I print the calendar view I'm expecting the text I have typed in the
Address field to appear in the upper right, but the upper right is blank.

As an aside, I have about 100 tasks for this project. Do I need to copy the
information in the address field for all 100 tasks? Not a big deal, I just
drag the info. I've tried it both ways, but I can't get it to work either
way.

Your help is appreciated...

The Header and Footer uses Custom fields at a Project Level, not Task Level.

In the Gantt View, select Tools, Options and in the View tab select Project
Summary Task
Add Text "Project" to Text1 on Row 0 (Zero).
Now look at you print preview: you should see Project
