Using Publisher 2003 to Email Customer Newsletters

I would like to mail a monthly newsletter to my customers but when I mail a
sample to myself it has all the toolbars on it. When I email it to others,
it is unreadable because they don't have Publisher. How do I do this?

Create a PDF (http://www.win2pdf.com or http://www.primopdf.com ) which is
readable by anyone with the free Adobe Reader from:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html .

The PDF will also be a much smaller file by two-thirds on average.
