Using Publisher with email

I am trying to create a 3 page newsletter and i want to imbed it into the
email instead of having it as an attachment. I can't figure out how to
format where all pages show up instead of just the 1st page once I send it to
email preview.

Because many people have turned off HTML for incoming email, they will be
more likely to read your newsletter if you send it as an attached PDF as Mary
suggests. There are a number of good, free PDF converters which install as
print drivers, so you actually "print" to PDF rather than converting to PDF.

I am new to Publisher 2003 at work. I have created a newsletter, but all
recipients do not have Publisher, so I put the newsletter in an email (as the
message). However, the problem is that the email when printed does not print
the whole newsletter. How can I resolve. This goes to hundreds of addressees.
Thanks.

You will far better served converting your newsletter to a PDF. There are free
converters around, www.primopdf.com has been mentioned here often.
Most folks have the Reader.
