using splitted tables with different mdb queries

I am using splitted database tables with access 2003. It happens that these
tables can be used by users with access 2003 in french or english. In these
two versions of access the commands are not the same as Dlookup is RechDom. I
want to use the same tables but with differents versions of the mdb, one in
french and one in english. Is this possible and how can I implement it?
