Hi,

What exactly do you mean by Global?
In project server or in a Project Standard or Pro environment?

Hi tbeau ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

If you using Project Standard, then you might like to have a look at my
series on Microsoft Project in the TechTrax ezine, particularly #17 & 18 on
Multiple Projects, at this site: http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:

(Perhaps you'd care to rate the articles before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

If you're using Project Pro and Server, try posting on the server newsgroup.
Please see FAQ Item: 24. Project Newsgroups. FAQs, companion products and
other useful Project information can be seen at this web address:

Sorry ... using MSP 2002 Pro and looking for info on using the resource pool.

What I would like is to enable our 5-7 PM's to access the resource pool, but
keep some control over any updates to the pool to ensure all are working with
the same resources and availabilities.
