Using two user profiles

How do I set up Outlook so that more than one user has access to the same
files on the same e-mail account? In other words, I want to make it so that
it doesn't make any difference which user is logged on when they open up the
e-mail program and have access to all the same files? I'm using Windows XP
and have Outlook 2002.

Put the .PST file in a shared location on the hard drive and then tell
Outlook to use that file for each user.
