Value of 'My Name' in Outlook Rules

The outlook rules wizard has a number of criteria
containing 'my name' e.g. where my name appears in the to
line.

How does outlook determine the value of 'my name' ?

Hello,

While nto documented specifically, the "my name" term in a rule seems to
refer to your name as it appears in the GAL. For Example, if mail is sent
specifically to me, then the rull will process on the "Ryan M. Keith" that
appears in my GAL entry. If the mail is sent to a DL that I happen to be a
member of, then the rule does nto fire because It was not sent to me, but
instead to a list.
