Version problem

I've seen that others have a problem opening Publisher files from different
versions so it's a popular request, but I'm trying to open a file and I'm not
sure what version it was made in (I think 95). I need it for Publisher 2000.
Would someone be willing to convert it for me?

The file was made with 2002 or 03. It wasn't a bad size, around 5 mb, converted it to
2000 and it blew up to 28 mb. You gotta love Publisher 2000.
