Video E-mail

I have Office 2003 Basic and have just downloaded and
installed the new add-on for Video Email but although my
camera in installed and working the message appears in
the vieo window "USB camera is not connected to PC.
Please confirm it." But then you are unable to do
anything. Most frustrating.

I have had problems with that stupid add in also....

Someone has to fix that thing. I get "cannot convert to
wmv format". ANyone got a fix for that? The camera works
well, though.

Same problem here. I could not find anything on the
Support site that could help with that issue:

"Failed to convert a file to WMV format"

Problem resoved for me... I had a similar issue. Tried a
bunch of things. My AIPTEK 1.3 Mini Cam worked with
everything except Video Mail. I found an old Intel PC
USB Camera laying around .. popped it in and video mail
works fine now. Just like they say... 2 clicks and you
are done.
