Video Email add-in for Outlook 2003

I have the most recent version of the Video Email add-in
and, like the prior version, I'm told that a USB camera is
not connected to the PC.

But, it is and it works fine in programs like NetMeeting.

I can find no technical support for the add-in and since
the camera works fine in another program, I'm unsure of
how to troubleshoot this.

Any advice?
